Staff is always friendly, and always fast. Never in a bad mood, no matter what time of day I go in. They also have a habit of throwing in an extra munchkin or two when my kids are with me. I ordered custom letter donuts one time and they came out perfect and exactly on time. Cheaper than a bakery for the custom order. I go to a lot of Dunkin' on LI and this is my favorite.
My coffee is always made perfect at this point. The staff is friendly and fast. If there is ever an error, they are fast to fix it as well. When I pre-order, it's always fast.
I love my dunkin. Today I got my ordinary cappuccino and my husband tried the icy roasted vanilla coffee.
