OK, so lets agree that not all Dunks are created equal, some are better than others. This is one of those go-to better spots. The ladies here are super friendly and always get the order correct. I go there in frequently and they remember me each visit. My coffee always tastes great and is hot, and the few times I grabbed food here before work, it was fresh and tasted good.
