Ebullition didn't steal his name. It was an endless suite of wonder of papillae. Everything was perfect. The elegant and warm welcome. The atmosphere tame and perfectly sounded. Tasting advice and presentations. And this infinite suite of culinary discoveries, textures and surprising flavours. A real sense experience. Thank you.
A sublime moment, in a pleasant setting, full of history (the wood of the great father , delicious dishes, attentions, flavors marveling, the best dessert (the apple !!! , good oenological advice ! I can't wait for you to open a branch at the Meeting!
We took the Discovery menu and the meal was delicious, from the entrance to the dessert to the dish and without forgetting the sofas, pots and other dishes. The service was perfect, just like advice on dishes and wine. We had a good time. I recommend!
Ebullition is an excellent restaurant. We chose the five-course meal. The cuisine is elaborated, the flavors sought for a culinary experience at the top. The service is very hot. A special mention for the wine suggestion with our meal.
