Stumble on this place quite by accident after visiting the Guns of Mazarron One of those ‘let’s just look down here’ moments Oh boy are we glad we did! Under cover parking is always an added boon We were made very welcome by our waitress, who was also very informative with regard to the complex There were four of us and we ordered three starters, one salad shared, which was delicious and huge seafood soup, amazing flavours Choice of white and to die for brown bread, plus aioli. Entrecôte steak steak ordered by one of our group was the best she had ever in Spain, and huge! The rest of us had beautifully barbecued lamb chops which were divine, all served with potatoes cooked on the barbecue! Make sure you leave room for dessert!! You will not be disappointed!
This is a beautiful restaurant and function facility. It’s ideal for those who wish to end a mountain walk or cycle with a lunch and drinks as well as for those who wish to drive to somewhere different. It’s relatively new and the services are being added to . There is a large private function room in addition to the restaurant (inside and outdoor) and a large swimming pool soon to be opened. The food is excellent but you will need to be patient for food to be cooked if you have not pre ordered. Staff are great and all is reasonably priced. Definitely one of the nicest places to sit and relax . If you are near the area it’s a must visit.
Having seen this advertised and living in Murcia I wanted to see what it was like. It's a Casa Rural, has a swimming pool and indoor restaurant with a terrace for out door dining. We had tapas and drinks. Very tasty dishes. The meats are cooked on an outdoor wood fire and the portions we saw others eating were large! If you don't know the area then drive through Campillo de Ardentro and head up towards Cabo Tinoso, this is a narrow road; after 1.5 K you will find the restaurant on your left hand side. It's worth a visit.
Lovely place, really off the beaten track on the road to the Bateria de Castillitos. There is an inside dining room and an outside terrace. They also do rooms and there is a pool. The food is cooked over an open fire- we had amazing lamb chops and a fantastic entrecôte steak. The mixed salad was huge and the bread was lovely. We also left room for almond cake and lemon meringue pie! Decent house wine as well and good value for money.
