Edible Arrangements

Horrible experience and I told them I would put a bad review. I went online and checked opening hours; it said open until 6pm. I placed my order, to be picked up at 5:30pm, was charged (80$ and I even received a confirmation. That was at 3:00pm. At 4pm I get a phone call while I am at work and I cannot answer. I see they left me a message saying they were finally closing at 5pm instead of 6 and that I would have to pick up my order at 4:00 instead. I called back but nobody picked up. I receive another call, 10 mins later saying that if I don't confirm that I can pick up my order by 4:00pm, it will be canceled and refunded. I was finally able to call back and I asked how come they offered the option of pick up at 5:30pm if they closed at 5pm and was told that the website needed updating. I waited a couple of days to see if the refund was done, and up to now, 6 days later, the charge is still there and no refund to be seen. I don't know how they think they can decide to close whenever they want? Super disappointed and the lady that answered me was almost blaming me for not answering my phone. Never again.

I had a great experience here! It was my second time ordering from the Edible Arrangements website, however my first time placing an order from the Kirkland store. I called to let them know that I had provided the wrong phone number and they were able to modify it and even went as far as calling me to make sure that somebody would be home to receive the package since the delivery would be taking place soon. The person receiving the chocolate-covered fruit said that they were beautiful and delicious. Highly recommend!

Turned out to be a very amateur arrangement. I ordered the large get well fruit basket with some chocolate dipped strawberries in it. It was very disappointing. The plastic sticks had no fruit at the bottom of them so you were looking at the sticks coming out of the container with fruit only at the top. The recipient sent me a photo just as she unwrapped it. I was shocked at this very poor and unattractive arrangement.

The service was excellent: they contacted me over the phone to get my approval for a substitution which I highly appreciate. When I went to get my order the nice lady that served us offered my two kids a baggie of cookies each, after asking me if it was okay.The place and products are overall good but pricey, but this lady, whose name I wish I had asked was the highlight of my whole experience.
