a reservation was made for a business dinner in the evening for about 10 people. already at the apéro had to be waited until the service personnel finally took the time to fill the glasses. we had to take care of ourselves, because no one felt responsible for the personal. in the evening, a dish was simply forgotten ... that must not happen simply and in a gripping way! (notabene a day under the week where the local was certainly not crowded with guests!) in all haste one cooked this after, but when it was finally brought to table, the meat was only slightly fried. some guests like meaty raw food but there are also guests who like meat rather cooked or roasted. the service no one notices that the glasses with mineral water are empty and you have to order explicitly water is another fauxpas. that a serviceman has misjudged us when the person who ordered the dish to be served did not get inside a second on the question who ordered it, fits the bad total impression that was left on this evening.For an evening meal, this seems to be just as suitable locally. from three people, both service and kitchen staff seem to be overwhelmed. eating, it was my court that was forgotten, was clearly under average and the rather high price for rural conditions was not worth. Conclusion: the price-performance ratio is in a gross disproportion.
