my man and I went here to lunch after a trip to the waterfalls. first we went to the front bar part, as there were no employees in the pool area and a man grudgingly presented us with menus on Spanish after we. asked, but to sit in the rear corner, which was quite dingy. we asked if it was ok to sit outside instead of there was a lot of space, but he simply took the menus and waved us irritating. not really understand, we went back to the pool side where a waitress sat now. we were given multilingual menus this time, but both lacked in all lighter / cheap options and the prices were much more expensive. we just wanted a sandwich, not a complete meal, so we wanted to go. would not recommend at all, as the waiting staff was unpleasant and it seems to exist only for Fleece tourists.
Tried to visit after being at the waterfalls but as they charge separately to use the pool (only my 5 year old niece wanted to) we decided not to pay €20 euros for the 40 minutes we had. Asked to sit in the bar and...buy a drink instead and the rude man said there are no tables and dismissed us, shocking! We went to somewhere further up the road who only charged for my niece to swim but weren’t overly friendly either. Obviously a locals spot and they don’t really appreciate the tourists.
I have eaten more than 30 times in the last 10 years in this restaurant. eating and the staff was always excellent without exeption. I am surprised by some of the negative views, since I have never experienced rude employees, even during very busy times that I suspect they can simply not all men all the time
I was here twice. in juni, all ok nice friendly staff. at the beginning of juli the workers of the same (serving) and “parking warden of the restaurant” suddenly began their mentality, completely different approach and really arrogant/aggressive! people with two faces when the season begins! space. to avoid!
