It does not meet expectations. We ordered the tasting menu and it was very weak. White garlic, very normal, ravioli perhaps the best, chicharrón with lentil stew just like nothing special, they said that the dish was warm because it was finished with the plant that neither saw it nor forgot it, sturgeon with cauliflower hummus and wanted tripe, the cauliflower was not even intuited and the tripe stew dish stained with the sauce, ends with Tbone of cow with cubes of Foie and blackberries, the latter should be in the singular and the Tbone some cuts of high loin, do not call it Tbone call it low loin, so as not to create expectations. There was nothing wrong, nothing extraordinary. The best is the artisan bread, although being an appetizer on the tasting menu, they charged us separately... in short, we expected much more from a menu signed by Mario Sandoval, they should give it a few turns, on paper it seems so, the execution leaves much to be desired. It is not worth the 75 euros. Oh! The place is beautiful. I have only given the atmosphere 3 stars because we were 5 tables, and it was a bit desolate. Wheelchair accessibility: Perfectly adapted for reduced mobility, if you have a table that is not for two or three, if not, you cannot get close to the table, they took it into account, 5 stars for that.
