El Caserio De Las Monjas

Magnífico. Una excelente combinación Norte y Sur que no deja insatisfecho a nadie, por muy variada que sea tu familia. A destacar que la comida tiene ese toque casera casera, tan difícil de conseguir en restaurantes. Lugar agradable, platos bien vestidos y de gran sabor. No nos quedamos con hambre. El precio bien, lo adecuado. Barato me parece para lo bien que comimos, especialmente en comparación con algunos restaurantes de Málaga. Me encantaron los pimientos rellenos y las torrijas pero cocinan muy bien y ya tenemos ganas de repetir y probar otras cosas.

We found this restaurant purely by chance but we’re so glad we did we enjoyed our meal so much we returned two nights later!! The service was really good and the food was excellent! We had sirloin steak which almost melted in your mouth, it was cooked to perfection and to our individual requirements too! The starters we chose were tasty and equally delicious and overall good value for money too. We will certainly go again when we return to Velez Malaga.

Este bilbaíno tiene un restaurante fantástico en Velez con varias áreas para distintos gustos. Terraza externa, salón con chimenea, mesas tipo bar y la última un patio al aire libre para disfrutar de las noches veraniegas. Comida vasca en muchos casos con recetas auténticas y sabor delicioso pero tb platos andaluces con toque mágico. Son platos, escaso tapeo pero siempre es un acierto por calidad, atención, y lugar

We dropped into this restaurant because of the reviews on Trip Advisor. When we arrived the restaurant was empty (we were a bit nervous and apprehensive).. quickly the locals started to show up and fill the place..Our waiter (catalan) was excellent and knowledgeable. The food was delicious. Both the lamb and pork loin where perfectly cooked and NOT overdone. Will definitely repeat our visit!

I see bad reviews but this was not our experience. We had an absolutely fantastic meal. The food was beautiful and the waiters were quick, polite and very helpful. We had a 5* experience. I will be coming again... soon
