El Centro Guayadeque

AVOID!!! This is an absolute tourist trap. We ordered pork ribs. What came was 2 inedible pieces of fat on the bone. The meat smelled like it has been defrosted as sat in the fridge for a few days. Nobody even bothered to ask if it was ok. When we asked to pay and the plate was barely touched the waiter didn't even ask what was wrong. We didn't bother to argue because it's obvious they don't care. Vieja ropa (chickpea stew) was ok. The bread and butter brought before the food were the only highlight to this experience.. I feel robbed of my time and money.

It was beautiful and delicious! We cant eat the whole meal, because it was very big dose. They were very friendly, the service was perfect! Not everybody spoken English, but one of them could speak with us. We were from Hungary, thank you everything! Dont miss it!!!!!

We had and excellent time in El Centro. Not only the cave looks amazing but the food is fabouls as well. You get a huge portion of food for around 13€ /corn bread as a starter with home made garlic dip/ and we had a problem to finish our dishes! Must eat in Canaria!

Wow this place is just amazing It is a cave, so inside your phone doesn’t even work! The food is super tasty and super cheap! You would need a car to get there, but if you can it totally worth it!

Very lovely interior! Just like in the flintstones series. Sadly the food tasted like that period too... cold and unsalted food with way to much garlic.
