El Nuevo - Tisch reservieren

A pretty little restaurant which is sure to lure you in should you be passing down the main street of Luchon. However, I have been twice now (the second time to give it another chance)......the service is dreadful!!! It could be down to dis-interest, lack of training or simply not enough staff.....the second time we ordered, it took over an hour....and it wasn't much better the first time! The food is OK - nothing special. This restaurant needs to evaluate itself now - does it really want to serve the public with good food and good service - Yes or No? If No, it might as well close it's doors now and save the public the time and trouble. I am sorry if this review is harsh....I really hope that this restaurant says Yes....it's in a good location and could do very well.

We were a family of 4 and had to wait long time to get us served, even though was half empty. Our 2 kids were not served dessert and waited 1 hour. The waitress was not very helpful with our food and got upset when we asked her to change a dish we did not expect as her explanations were competely insufficient. Not offered a single compensation. Food was regular, wine bad and expensive. Our menu included dessert and waitress took so long that our kids fell sleep and had to leave. Do not go!

Ate here twice during our week's stay. We only had pizza on both visits but enjoyed them all . Service good and staff friendly. The restaurant looks small from outside but loads of sitting outback.

In a town where it is almost impossible to get a dinner at a time you want to eat this was a refreshing change, it was buzzy and nice, good service and a quality pizza. Recommended.

Great atmosphere, especially Wednesday from 20h salsa lessons. Very good pizzas and many other menus. Don't miss it.
