That 's the kind of fish place I was looking for! Somebody at least put some imagination and taste on the decoration and ambience. There is cool terrace that 's 25m away from the beach and it 's crowded, so we had to book in advance. The service is friendly and fast. The dishes we tried were excellent: fresh shrimps, red tuna tartar, chicken curry brochettes. There is also a kids menu with simple but nicely done dishes (even the fries are excellent -not frozen- . I was amazed at the home.made desserts, the Pan de Calatrava is a must! You can 't miss this place in San José.
If you are a foreigner and above all you don't speak Spanish, to be avoided! food is good, but service bad. Despite our efforts to make ourselves understood in English, Spanish and Italian, the waiter did everything not to understand and brought us what he wanted to eat. I am sorry to have to give this review, but a restaurant is not only about food, but also about courtesy and service.
Great opening hours. Very comfortable, both inside and out. Genuine and friendly staff with delicious wine recommendations and the tapas was excellent too! We stayed in San Jose for 5 nights and visited 3 times !
Delicious food, friendly service. We came here 5 times and sampled many dishes. We loved the musaka in particular.
