Now only the chef and the cook were there. The reservations were planned so that not to much guests were present at the same time so that they could handle it (I estimate 6-10 people) at the same time without extra personnel. Great fusion of Japanese and Mediterranean dishes. Ideal to share: 4 starters of we each took a bit and then each a main dish. Good wines although several of the already limited wines on the menu weren't available any more. So in a way minimalistic but excellent plates that are very well prepared and, the most important, taste delicious! I suggest that they make the balance this year on what to go for: the small-scale approach with 2-3 tables of 2-4 people at the same time or, with 1-2 people as personnel, more guests ... if the (perfect) location permits it because most tourists are at 4 km, at the coast...
I have had breakfast twice. I don't plan to go anymore. Poor quality frozen bread. Second time I asked for a simple French omelette, they brought me the worst omelette of my life, lousy, tasteless and the worst. I asked why it was so bad, they told me it was frozen, like everything they have. I told the waitress and she told me that they couldn't make a fire, and they didn't have a smoke outlet. In short, they say these things, why do they charge you the same as if it had just been shaken? He had found a tease. Do not put it on the menu, or warn that it is not a freshly beaten egg that is a frozen botch...
Well prepared dishes with a very good and quality product. I would recommend putting a little more light on the tables outside and especially improving the service to be able to eat slowly between starters and second course. It's a shame that they brought us the fish too quickly and we couldn't taste the steak tartar.
This restaurant is a diamond. Extremely delicious food. We have had 5 different dishes and Every one was a highlight. Can highly recommend this place to eat. Ok, it does not look like a super place but the quality counts.
