The service is a disaster!!! We have reserved a table for 14 of you today. The chef de service didn't assign a waiter to our table, so we had to wait forever for everything, water, wine, bread, food. The card wasn't even brought, we had to ask for it. If you go there, you're better off fixing it somewhere else. Waiting more than an hour for your food is not possible in a restaurant like this. Is eating there “a nice experience”?? You can forget that. The Elephant Restaurant never again!
Top Lage, schön eingerichtet und sensationelle Aussicht. Essen ist leider nur Durchschnitt kombiniert mit hohen Preisen. Weinkarte dagegen top mit sehr fairem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Service ist unorganisiert und unmotiviert. Beim ersten Versuch im Dezember für eine Reservation wurden wir von der Deutschen Servicekraft arrogant abgewimmelt. Leider unser letzter Besuch....
The food is good but the service is very slow. A simple lunch of salads and coffees it took 1:30 while we were sitting in freezing cold outside.
