we were based on the good comments of this restaurant and made a small detour to discover this place where the typical cuisine had to be worth the detour !bon accueil. a little slow in order. but the dishes are served in time. A single typical dish on the map: truffade! the dish of the day: pork with cantal! I'm trying to do the truffle, no more! I don't know if I'm the one who doesn't like that anymore, but I found that cheese didn't taste much! The worst part was not cooked potatoes! The little hic is the deco of the room. We are not at all transported in awe! the terrace and the outdoor dining area made very desire. more room on our arrival for us! We called at 6:00 to book, we left a message but we were never called back! a single server in this restaurant (maybe the manager)!?. he proposes to enter, we place where we want, he takes the order, serves, rid of, cash...The restaurant was full and the poor would run everywhere. But we really feel like he likes his work. always smiling, precise, professional, and cool!My opinion is so fairly mixed. the map could be more typical and a little enlarged, the improved deco, the kitchen a little more neat ... but it is a place full of potential, we feel the dedication of the managers, and the desserts are very good!
we came to dinner in this restaurant with our teenagers after a big day of hiking and we came there especially for the truffle we had warmly recommended. This is obviously what we all chose (menu frometon = truffade dessert for 19 euros). The service was very friendly. We have been served quickly.For 4 people, truffles (speciality of cheese and potatoes) arrive in a skillet, each of which uses a large wooden spoon. a meat plate (country leg and sausage) including three small salad leaves, is served to each. We found the truffle really excellent (sums of gratined land, tasteful cheese but not strong at all). But, as it was the main dish and we had a lot of **** in the day, we were hungry (a hunger of mountaineers for a dish of mountaineers what!)... or we found that the pane, for 4 people, was really small. The salad, too, really made figurative: a real green salad, more than two or three pieces of leaves would have been welcome.For dessert, nothing to say: classic but good cream burned. Go for the truffle, really extra, but not if you're with hungry sports teenagers.
Very good address near Aydat. friendly little sunny terrace hostel. warm welcome. a simple map but local dishes! everything was very well cooked, homemade, fresh premium products. in the vicinity, don't hesitate.
installed on a terrace 2 steps from a lake, we enjoyed an excellent truffle. I recommend this dish, excellent and hearty. the frame is very pleasant and the friendly staff. Go on without hesitation.
