Regional dishes, beautifully prepared, explained step by step, all in a personal atmosphere and with a twist. The menu is creative with a touch of tradition. The food was delicious, and the sommelier recommended us a great wine. Overall we had a fantastic evening there. The place does the Michelin star it has justice!
