Espai Kru - Tisch reservieren

El nombre es toda una declaración de intenciones y un aviso a despistados que se acerquen por aquí sin saber muy bien lo que van a encontrar: Espai Kru -espacio crudo en catalán-, el templo de la cocina cruda que ha pasado de ser el hermano pequeño y desenfadado del mítico Rías de Galicia a convertirse en una de las sensaciones gastronómicas de Barcelona. No venimos a descubrir nada a estas alturas porque, de este restaurante y su singular cocina en la que el fuego es sólo un invitado muy ocasional, se ha hablado mucho desde que abrió sus puertas en verano de 2012. Tanto que es una opinión bastante extendida entre gastrónomos más aventajados que nosotros que este local sin estrellas Michelin es ahora mismo una de las experiencias más recomendables de la ciudad para quienes están dispuestos a invertir unos euros en disfrutar en la mesa. super delicious, five stars, would eat again every day. my fiancée and I thrived here on our honeymoon, after I have a few mediocre food in all Europe and have fallen in love with this place. it's a small joint that doesn't sit a large number of people, so be sure to get a reservation, or they can't get a spot. If we ever make it to barcelona again, they can bet that this will be our first station.

I only booked two restaurants in bcn and espai kru is one of them EK has totally exceeded my expectation.
