Esscobar - Tisch reservieren

The esscobar is lovingly run by its owner Dirk, who also acts as a barman. The bar is well stocked with spirits from near and far, the owner himself raves about Cuba and knows a lot about rum, among other things...! It offers an extremely interesting menu with some very sophisticated dishes (but at Christmas time it's very traditional goose with dumplings and red cabbage), which are prepared by two chefs who really know their craft very well. The waitresses are attentive, quick and extremely friendly. The whole bar has a very pleasant 20s and 30s flair and houses constantly changing exhibitions by Cottbus artists on the high walls. In summer you can also dine outside on the Schloßkirchplatz, which almost seems to be in Paris...! More than recommended, especially if the way home to the popular Sorat Hotel next door is not far!

Wir aßen in Esscobar zu Abend. Dies ist ein interessantes Restaurant für eine kleine Stadt wie Cottbus. Die Speisekarte ist einfach, aber jedes Gericht hat einen interessanten Fusion-Twist wie Wiener Schnitzel mit Hühnchenbrust mit einer köstlichen Sauce und serviert mit Orzo-Beilage. Ihre Nudelgerichte hatten alle faszinierende Elemente. Etwas, das Sie in einer Stadt, in der Sie überall Kebabs und Curryworst sehen, nicht erwarten. Ein typisches Beispiel: Es gab sogar ein veganes Gericht. Wenn Sie in Cottbus sind, ist dies wahrscheinlich die beste Wahl, wenn Sie etwas anderes möchten, als nur Italienisch.
