we arrived only at 21:30, but were still friendly received, although kitchen ends at 22:30. we sat in the gas garden, but through light wind and very fast cold and it was not a problem for the staff to go inside to a window.We had the full program, appetizer, mains with a bottle of wine, dessert with coffee and grappa - nothing to put out. the food was super dressed and tastefully also excellent. the service was ok, but all very friendly. the lookout is a dream.We really spent a nice evening and also very much like to go back.
the restaurant has a beautiful terrace with views of the lake; during dinner you can enjoy the sunset with a fantastic panorama. the card is very good - absolutely choose one of the appetizers! the tatar was so good that you would like to go back. it is certainly a place for a particularly successful evening, many thanks to the friendly and attentive service.The st. galler weincommand is actually worth the recommendation.Thanks patrick, rené
on the way: eating, the location and the intention there is nothing to complain about. only the service is more than inadequate. already in advance the communication was very unfriendly (menu selection etc. in front of the larger group). the owner had an insanely provocative art. Even when we signed the bill of about chf 1000.-, we felt as an unwanted last. not to recommend.
high above st. gallen in st. george thront the falkenburg. a great view, a beautiful garden terrace, a modern restaurant, rest and walks in front of the house. the eating was good, beautifully dressed, appropriate portions.The service delivery, friendly and flexible.
