Placed a pick up order for dinner last week. I referred to a special that was and STILL is posted at the bottom of their menu on their website. It offers ?COVID-19 SPECIALS Available EVERY Day.? My husband wanted the sirloin steak potato option that includes a baked potato, bread, and coleslaw. When ordering over the phone, the server wasn?t sure about that special so she asked a manager. He told her that it was an old special and they couldn?t honor that. I respectfullyresponded that regardless if it?s an old offer, it?s still currently on their website and I?d like it to be honored. She put the manager on the phone. He repeated what he had told her to me and said that the special should have been takenoff their website. I asked him what he had that was similar to that offer. He told me they had a sirloin fry meal, but they no longer had baked potatoes. I was able to get him to honor the special, but with onion rings instead of fries.Initially annoyed, but now happy. I pick up the order and it was empty except for a few people at the bar. I was happy to get in and out fairly quick. I get in the car and checked the order. Missing items. Had to go back inside sinceclearly the server didn?t check the order prior. Get everything home about 5-10 min later. The steak was ordered medium rare. It was so terrible, my husband didn?t finish it. It has zero seasoning so he added some himself and still wasterrible. The onion rings had a thick batter that he wasn?t a big fan of. The coleslaw tasted old. He ended up heating up some leftovers and threw the meal in the trash. No intentions of supporting this local business anytime again soon.Super disappointed as we love to eat from our local, non chain restaurants.
