Away from the main Colorado street on famous De Lacey, this small Mediterranean bistro has a long menu of sorted packs, salads and plates. We chose 2 wraps, a chicken shwerma and a Lula Kebab wrap. Both were served with their respective sauces and both had a lot of good taste, with very fresh ingredients and vegetables. However, the pressed stylized packages left the bread/pita somewhat brittle and dry. I felt like I'd bite into a softer Stale Saltin cracker. Fortunately, the sauces have contributed to this. The frits were hot, crunchy and were seasoned. There is no tap water or well drink, so you need to fill or buy cans. We came here on a Sunday afternoon and all 4 tables and floors around them were loaded with appetizers and napkins of the customer. I had to ask for a wipe of the area. At that time the employee also slept. The Condiment Station was also not in stock, and I had to request napkins and other items. Overall, it was a fair experience that had little attention to smaller details, but overall I enjoyed it. I don't know if it's worth going to the old town.
The staff must be trained to be more hospitable and not rude. These women do their best, but they always look tired and exhausted. Food quality went down. Sanitation is little questionable. The owner has to hire help and these women are likely to pay little better so they are more enthusiastic about managing the place. It is shameful to see that this place is most likely not to do when it goes on.
We were looking for a protein packed meal and this place delivered! So many different choices of protein. Got the chicken plate and the sweet potatoes fries (both were delicious and filling). The lady behind the counter was super welcoming and gave us a lot of recommendations.
fresh ingredients, large tasting chicken cabobs, tabuuli, hummus. reasonable prices. small, but never had a problem with sitting. only the things have no water; have to buy a bottle or two. are they nice when they are offered tap water.
