Fiesta Mexicana

First time eating at this local restaurant. The very large oversized menu may make it hard to choose but once you narrow it down to the basics (tacos, burritos, quesadillas or fajitas) then just choose your favorite protein. The server greeted us with a basket of tortilla chips with 2 kinds (both looked like they were not homemade) but the 2 sauces (hot and mild) were. I was warned that the hot was hot and should have waited for a glass of water to be in front of me. I ordered the steak tacos (Mexican style) which comes only with the steak wrapped in flour tortillas and onions, lime and cilantro on the side. I liked them but the steak was a bit dry and tasted precooked and I was still a little hungry afterwards. My husband ordered the fajita trio with steak, chicken and shrimp. It came with a side a lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, cheese and flour tortillas (I guess that would be referred to as American style). He ate 2/3rds and took the rest to go. His was more filling than mine. We both left feeling like we had a fairly good meal but we will try another restaurant that along the drag.

Beautiful atmosphere, and our server was the nicest person ever. Food portions were large, my chicken fajita was really good but the chicken needed seasoning. It had none and was bland tasting. I had little shrimps also added. I really liked the fajita otherwise. My husband had a pork and pineapple meal, he didn't like the taste of the pork. It may have had cummin in it. I don't know, but he was not crazy about it. We both had flan for dessert, my husband had the chocolate flan and I had the regular one. It was so delicious. ? Bathrooms were spotless and all in all it was a good visit. This restaurant is located in the lively town of Hammonton, NJ. Such a nice town and the home of Jersey blueberries. Parking: Parking is located behind the building.

Food was fresh and festive to the eyes. It could have used some seasoning on the chicken like blackened seasoning. I had a chicken and shrimp fajita. My husband had a marinated pork fajita with pineapple. Generous portions, I really liked it. The server was wonderful,so friendly and she took care of our every needs. My husband and I both had the flan, for dessert, his was a chocolate flan I had a regular one and that was EXCELLENT. Bathrooms were spotless and the atmosphere was beautiful. We would go back again. Located in town of Hammonton NJ, home of the world 's best blueberries ? Vegetarian options: Vegetable fajitas and other options Parking: The parking is right behind the restaurant.

I Had take out but it was very small compared to if I would had eaten inside. I had 2 takeouts both very small and not what I expected bland as well. Should have been priced different.

The food tasted off, very different from other authentic Mexican cuisine, not to my taste.
