Unbelievable and delicious meal here. The staff was impeccable and the drinks, the staff and the tasting menu had to die. The restaurant concentrates on the Nordic roots and creates the combination of the aromas of the Nordic country with modern European gastronomy. If the tasting menu is available when you go, I really can recommend nothing other than that. This amazing chef will have absolutely stars next to his name soon, and frankly, I am surprised after I ate it last night that the institution does not already have one.
The restaurant was in our hotel “Ritz-Carlton, Geneva” and we found a table in a timely manner at 9:00 pm it’s specialized in seafood.. I’m not a big fan of seafood, but this restaurant is serving really good seafood The desserts also was amazing! We had been served by Mr. Ludovic he was gentle, welcoming, and went with his recommendations on the dishes and drinks for our dinner.
An amazing experience! We ordered the 5 courses menu and it was a great culinary experience! The fish taste amazing, the diversity of the dishes should satisfy all amateurs of good food! The staff is very friendly all this in a great cozy atmosphere! Highly recommended!
