the last two times I have ordered from five guys my order wasnt very good. and I just realized my last two orders were not filled by the Braintree location. my orders are always great from Braintree. I am not going to continue to order from this other location.
Everytime I come when it says my order is done, its another 20-45 minute wait, specifically at this location. The food is excellent but the wait time is horrendous. Merchant please work this out, especially for Dashers and customers.
Food was not hot. Burger was bland fries were very cold Not impressed. I apos;ll never order from this merchant again or doordash until this slow delivery process is eradicated
Food was amazing as always. would be five stars but this is the third time I ordered Cajun fries and got regular fries instead. Still good, just not what I ordered.
