Tried it for the first time today. It was decent, not great. My friend had a standard burger and I had the chicken sandwich. We each had a coke and split a large order of fries. Our bill before taxes was $30. I thought that was kind of high for what we got. The menu has a decent number of selections, including salads. The atmosphere is fast-casual, like Chipotle, however, they do have staff that greets you at the door or otherwise helps you pick a seat. Kind of like a hybrid, I guess. The food comes out quickly. Besides being a little pricey, the parking in Clayton is terrible. I might give it a second try if they were located in a more accessible part of town.
Man oh man is this place great. The burgers, the service and the environment are just excellent time and time again. I tried the buttermilk fried chicken sandwich during lunch today and didn't expect it to be this good. Fried fresh and piping hot with their sriracha mayo was a masterpiece. 2 pieces of juicy chicken make this an extra large sandwich and an unbeatable price at $11. Service at the bar is always very friendly, quick and efficient. Everyone who works there is hustling and it shows. Support this local spot. I know I will be, because it's worth it and I know I'll get a solid product every single time.
The burgers here are amazing. The 5 star burger is its classic product. Also the butter milk roasted chicken was surprisingly good. You also have one? Burger of the month? for those who like to try new things. I loved the sweet fringe basket where the appetizers come.
For years on five stars Burger gedint it is consistently one of the best Burger experiences. Hard to get no mushroom burgers every time because it is sooo delicious. But frits, chocolate shakes, chicken sandwich is quite everything on the menu is worth an order. ?
