Fantastic experience in every respect! Stopped for an early dinner after a long day of walking through Minuteman National Park. Beer was cold and the flatbread delicious. We ordered the BLT and the Mushroom Mania specials, both absolutely delicious. And the brownie sundae was huge and a delight to the palate. We probably could have split one but we ordered two, one with the coffee Oreo ice cream and one with chocolate and vanilla. Fantastic! Our server Isabella was the icing on the cake! Prompt, polite, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. She understands the menu and beer list, answering our questions and making our decision process easy. She is a gem and added to an already wonderful meal! We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Bedford! Charmine at the Bat of flatbread Made me and my two companions so happy. She was so helpful with the drink choices and menu options. The really awesome part of Flatbread Bedford was the crowd. Welcome back America. I was happy to wait for a table but sat at the bar. Food is always amazing, but tonight it was all about the staff. Thank you to those who survived three years of Covid. Thank you for being able to stick it out and be there for us tonight..
