Fleurs De Thym - Tisch reservieren

We had a family meal here during our holiday on a Wednesday evening. Having read the reviews beforehand I was expecting it to be good, but even then it had surpassed my expectations.The service was prompt and we were seated very quickly having reserved a table for the 19:30 seating (they seemed to have 19:30 and 21:30 seatings in the evenings).You can choose from the a-la-carte dishes or choose to go for the 3-course set menu. Either one had a good selection of both meat and fish, however being in the harbour the fish is obviously their speciality. Our food was beautifully presented and the portions were generous. However I can highly recommend leaving space for dessert, as these were simply stunning and ended the meal on a high!Highly recommended if in the area, but book if you can as it can get quite busy. Also try to specify to sit outside as the terrace is (in my opinion) one of the nicest in the harbour.

Great location, excellent restaurant which lives up to its excellent feel and vibe. The staff made every effort to accommodate us being English with limited French and also with children, which we didn't expect, a fun and accommodating approach made the night! Service was second to none and the menu good value for money!Will certainly recommend and visit again when back in the region!

Great location, nice décor, interesting menu and helpful staff, including the lady manager. Excellent quality food, good value. Unusual and reassuring to find somewhere in a tourist area which treats customers properly and offers genuinely good food and service. We will return on our next visit to the Sables and that's the best recommendation we can give.

I had a lovely time at the restaurant " fleurs de thym." At the sables d'olonne there are a lot of restaurants to chose from but we were not disappointed with our choice.The food was lovely just a bit disappointed with the dessert....the service was fast

Great location on the quayside. Delicious dinner. My husbands tuna tartare provoked serious food envy in me but my sole with artichokes made up for it. Friendly staff
