Folino's Wood Fired Pizza

We stopped here on our way home from Burlington. I've been here several times, but it's been a few years. The Margarita Pizza gets 5 stars, it was excellent. Taste fresh and was beautiful and light with good taste. The outdoor seats were welcome and there were many tables to choose from. Service was friendly but somewhat slow for the number of customers there (only two more tables). Inside is something dated and could use a refreshment. There is also a brewery next door and a winery over the street. We either did not go on this trip, but they allow BYOB to enjoy from there with your pizza. Rate the stop when you are in the area. It's child-friendly and Vermont Teddy Bear's factory is down here.

What a diamond in the rough after crossing into VT and looking for our next wood fired pizzeria and brewery. Just two hours shy of Jay Peak this spot had amazing pizza. Unfortunately the brewery Fiddlehead next door was closed as it was a Monday, but the pizza was thin crusted and had many choices of toppings or preparation. The HDTV that had a live stream of the sea lions at the Monterey Aquarium was a nice treat too. Can?t wait to go back.

Vegan and gluten-free! The Gf chest is surprisingly soft and chewing, not thin and hard. We got a cheese pizza with the homemade cashew cheese on the almond crust. Nice to have the option! Last time there was an exciting vegan special that was delicious. I'll wait till I get back. That was good, but rather inspiring. Charges for vegan cheese $1) and gf crust $1.50) are super reasonable compared to other places thanks for that!

Amazing pizza! Would definitely stop here again. The exterior seats were crisp and beautifully shaded.
