Folklore Cafe - Tisch reservieren

A family group met here last Saturday for an 18th birthday. The cafe has a pleasant outlook over the water and is surrounded by some historical buildings. The cafe furniture is basic and may not suit everyone. The staff were very pleasant.The menu has suitable choice for Vegans. The meals served at our table were varied from carrot and ginger soup, poached eggs, cheese burger, salad, citrus cured salmon and toasted cheese and ham, good strong coffee. There is a play ground next door which provided some happy play time for the little ones. This is a cafe with a relaxing atmosphere with some interesting and healthy choices on the menu, however it is different and may not suit everyone.

My wife and I met for coffee at Pt Adelaide the sun was shining and friendly faces greeted us. Sitting above the water on a lounge looking out at the view was lovely but when the coffee arrived it was divine. Byron Bay organic coffee with fresh ham and cheese croissant. The food here is tasty and interesting and the Folklore Cafe is well worth a visit next to Hart's Mill on the Wharf.

Built from a shipping container overlooking the port this little gem of a find is a sundrench great place for a catch up with friends or that late breakfast. Food is fresh and the chef is creative with presentation,using seasonal goodies to tantalise your palette. Prices are reasonable.

Have walked past this cafe so often, but we finally had lunch here today. Delicious! Some great vegetarian brunch/lunch options, good tea, friendly service and amazing location. Lunch doesn't get much more relaxing than this.

Perfect food and juices. Perfect place to relaxt on a lazy Sunday afternoon. Vegie burger and patato waffle where delicious!
