We had an incredible dinner here. Organic food, An interesting and knowledgeable owner. He cares very much about his food and rightly so. A little difficult to find but worth looking for. The three of us were there to celebrate an important event in our...lives.Before the meal the owner told us a lot about the story of the restaurant and we were riveted to his story. Sadly when the food come he continued to come to our table and actually stood by our table many times watching us eat. standing there arms crossed watching and talking Absolutely intrusive An event ruined despite the beautiful setting and star food. I wanted to ask him to stop but decided I didn't want to soil the evening more. We all ate every bit of our food Again star When he asked if we wanted dessert we all quickly said no as we wanted to leave asap On the ride home and decided none of us would ever return. It was unbelievable. We were the only table that was occupied Maybe he was bored. Overall, despite the setting and food the dinner was very unpleasant

Getting there is easy using google maps or Waze, otherwise you will get lost. The restaurant is not open for anyone, you must call in advance to make a reservation. The front of the restaurant is like an normal house of the area, you must...call the owner or ring the bell to have the door open for you. There is a parking lot for or cars only. The place is nice, warm and cozy. The host is really good (they are taking care of you all the time). The appetizers, drinks and meals are really good. Is kind of expensive (for people, we spent nearly usd. For the one who will say is cheap, in Colombia in a decent and well known place you will spend usd per person including appetizers, main course, desert and drink). But you wont regreat it to pay that money. The food is organic and the host will let you know how he prepare it and the ingredients (for the spoil people We will come back soon.

Hernando y Luz Helena will go all their way to please you and provide you the best experience. One max two tables at the same time, so they have plenty of time to dedicate to you and they are not in a hurry, so you...can take your time and really enjoy your lunch or dinner, is more than just that is an experience. Hernando will explain you in detail about their dishes, its ingredients and how to really enjoy your meal. They are also very careful in applying the COVID precautions.

is not easy to get a table, you need to reserve and they only attend one or two groups at the same time, but it really worth, the food is great, Hernando and Luz Helena make you feel like like old friends, because they only...attend maybe one big group or two small ones, they focus all your attention on you. You have to define what you would like to have in advance, so everything is ready for you and everything is just delicious.

If you want to enjoy an incredible steak, you must visit Fornalla Gourmet. The owners are beyond friendly and polite, they teach about the ingredients they use to cook, how to recognize a nice product and even how to properly mix food. Skip all the...fancy restaurants and bars in the zone and go directly to Fornalla, you wont regret that! And also, the desserts are awesome!
