Frankie Benny's New York Italian Restaurant Bar Lincoln

about the open table app we have booked a table for 8 adult 3 children and confirmed the reservation. it was our grand birthday and we were all excited to celebrate it together by going out for a birthday party. when we arrived at the restaurant, I received a call from the restaurant when we came out of the car in the parking lot. the gentleman who called wanted to tell me that there was a problem with my open table reservation and in fact there was no availability for our party of 11. I explained that it was booked and confirmed over the open table app, but he said he had no idea what had gone wrong, but they were full and there would be no table for our big party for at least 2 hours! the children were upset as we were the adult and consequently we had to ring around some other nearby restaurants to see if we could book a table short term. we managed to get a table in a restaurant 5 miles away, but unfortunately it was not ideal for children, but at least we were fed all and the enkel has blown the candles on his birthday cake. therefore I cannot comment on eating or service in this restaurant, as we never came through the doors!

Lots of vegan options, abit pricey for what you get though and could do with more cheese etc on pizzas but great that they have lots of choice!

have the vegan wings as part of a delivery with other people. delicious chicken, great sugar cane bone and beautiful mayo.
