I don't know why or understand this manager hires to customers. the one lady who was there earlier was the sweetest, nicest woman I ever had the joy of ordering. I wish I knew her name. this woman who was there today was rude to 3 different people while I was in there. including a design. I have eaten here at least once a month because of the black lady who was so nice to me and my friends and family. this black lady who today treats people like an idiot. I hope that regionally reads this assessment. I have the km in AUSTIN-so as free I know how to trade them. I will not return to this place, together 2 of my friends and 3 of my cousins.
I arrived at 9:00 a.m. and have dirty looks from the employees! a hired was nice, while the others, including the manager was rude and angry I went in 30 minutes before they closed and asked after huh on my burrito that they had to cook. it took 25 minutes, which was good to me, was the attitude that upset me! I ordered sauces for our burritos on the side and they did this, but they did not in my pocket (I noticed when I came home of course) I ordered a big queso and chips and both were filled 1/4 of the way full! I get times are hard but friendly is free!
I know the Freebirds Monster taco (Schnapp/Burrito/Rolle) and I knew that my expectations were high and they were every time after thru! (these are pounds;our BTW) Today was a REAL SHOCKER when I saw in the bag... Why are you going to be my fav for ALWAYS? How to take care of ALL customers (persons)
Originally from California and this is the closest I can get to the amazing west coast Mexican food back home. All ingredients made perfectly and the assembly is super fast. (You won't be waiting long unless you're indecisive) Will come back again for sure. Highly recommended.
