Food is good and service was average nothing bad or really good. However what I really didn’t like is how dirty the place is. It’s really disgusting and kind of turned me off of the food. There is garbage all over the floor, sticky counters, greasy floors, the number pad when paying was almost black with dust stuck on it. It looks like someone hasn’t had people come in and give it a thorough clean for months (other than a lazy sweep and mop job leaving the floor greasy). I’m sorry but It’s really nasty and needs some TLC. I went elsewhere to use the washroom because it was so bad. I don’t usually leave reviews and am not hard to please, but I’m sorry something needs to be done.
So glad this chain finally opened in Okotoks. The food is prepared after ordering and is fresh, healthy and yummy. There are a variety of foods from salads, wraps, soups, breakfast items, fresh pressed juices, frozen yogurt and energy bites. They will do a meal plan depending on what your goals are as well as a juice cleanse.Tried the Budda Bowl with chicken. It had a bit of a bite to it but was so yummy. Can't wait to go back and try more of their items.
Freshii is a hidden gem! I had an incredible dining experience here. The food was delicious, fresh, and packed with flavor. The service was friendly and prompt. The restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere and was impeccably clean. I highly recommend Freshii for a healthy and satisfying meal. Five stars all the way!
The owners needs to hire staff who are Customer Focused.Extremely slow service, no communication, no personality flair.Food is priced at the higher end.A nice concept for Okotoks (ie. health option)....However they need a business outlook as well....or they unfortunately will be another franchise failure.
