Frydays Award Winning Traditional Fish &chips

Went here on a Saturday evening. After travelling down to Seaton we were quite hungry. There was a massive queue outside, so thought that must be a good sign.We both had large cod with chips, however the fish was at best medium I certainly wouldn't have said it was large and was really quite disappointing, chips were ok nice and hot.

Pricy (read the very fair and open sign about the increase my comment isn't really based on that) and not particularly anything special, but absolutely filled a gap and the staff were really nice. Rest of group who were with me were also very happy. We'd come again!

Delicious cod and chips, ordered from the takeaway, lovely polite young man serving, although busy didn't have to wait very long, ate them on the sea front, good size portions, very tasty and piping hot.

This a must visit for fish and chips in Seaton. I had the seafood medley and my husband had cod and chips. Both meals were delicious and the waitress was very friendly.
