We took our three-year-old son to Fuddrucker's today. We all liked the food, BUT... they made a small mistake on the order, no big deal. We both love grilled onions, and the onoins aren't grilled enough. They are cut in large chunks and are basically raw. The problem is that we were hungry and din't want to wait for them to cook them more. The manager and two workers knew we weren't too pleased, but did not have the wherewithal to try to please us.Only after I told the manager who came over that we weren't satisfied did she make more of an effort. But it shouldn't be the customer making sure the management knows we aren't happy. This is another example of a foreign franchise coming to Colombia, trying to attrract a wealthier and/or foreign clientele, but still with a short-term mentality. They have a lot to learn about customer service.The food, aside from the onoins, was very good. But expensive...
