Fulwell Tandoori Takeaway

I used to go to this takeaway every week, but haven't been for a long time, so thought we would revisit. We called in to place our order to be greeted by a gentleman behind the counter with an overall that should be binned. It was the most filthiest item of clothing I have ever seen. How he could even put that thing on is beyond me. It was manky, the sleeves were black with grease and food, the front and sides were just as bad. I couldn't bare to look, so my husband ordered the food. However when it was ready, I had no intention of eating it, i was repulsed and had lost my appetite. If his overall is that dirty, what are the kitchens like?? I ended up binning the entire meal. I tried to contact the shop via email to complain but the email on their website (and on here) is non existent and the emails bounced back. I will NEVER step foot in that place again. And it's put me off Indian takeaways in general. It was that bad. Honestly. I'm not exaggerating. If you are thinking of ordering from here, go in and see the man behind the counter, look at his overall and then decide if you could eat anything cooked by someone wearing such a filthy disgusting overall.

We have used Fulwell Tandoori previously but sometimes we like to Try different ones. We opted to order from Fulwell on a Sunday evening. The guy who answers is always friendly, order taken quick and efficiently and ready to collect in 20 minutes. Food is usually always ready on time and curry's and rice are always a good portion and reasonable prices, king prawns are always delicious. Great food and good service!

Always get our indian from Fulwell and had to ring today as couldn't fine what we usually get online to rang to put order in but got 2 or the 3 mains totally wrong and even the one they did get right was of a very poor standard. Unsure if it's a different chief but awful, couldn't even eat it. Won't be going to fulwell again

Always been good but had a meal tonight which was very disappointing had no taste at all very little chicken and customer service appalling shall not be going back

Absolutely horrible meal no taste little portion not going back,had a bad meal before but thought give it another chance, nothing changed still awful
