Fuzzy's Taco Shop

I used the Desoto Fuzzy's to cater a graduation party. I was unable to get the online catering order to go through and called the restaurant, I talked to C, who is the manager. From the moment she answered the phone and took my order until the moment the order was delivered on the day of my event the service I received was unprecedented. Since my order was taken over the phone, I called two days before to confirm, everyone on C's team was on top of that catering order. I received friendly, courteous, service from start to finish. C called me right back and shortly after one of her team members also called me. I was impressed with how they were diligent and surpassed all my expectations. They did not miss a beat. I was excited that C was personally going to deliver my order herself because I wanted to meet this wonderful person. It was truly a pleasure to meet you C, thank your team for a superb job. you deserve this recognition.

Great food, love the chicken quesadilla is delicious. I would just say that there still plenty of room for improvement as far as customer service goes. Overall if good place and nice and clean.

Typically not a fuzzy kind of person. But today, those shrimp tacos tastes like they were made with love. Queso with chorizo too. FIRE

Always a good experience at this location. Never a crowd. Like, don't understand how they stay in business but i'm not mad about it.

Awesome tacos and customer service. He walked us through the menu and was very patient. The tables were also clean so we dined in.
