We ate here as a family midweek. We thought the starters were overpriced. £6.50 for the garlic mushrooms which were thinly sliced not full mushrooms and not really garlicky. Mains were quite nice although my partner would have preferred more sauce with the carbonara, he thought it was a bit dry. The grilled lamb and chicken skewers were lovely. No draft beer £7 for large bottles of beer. It was nice but nothing outstanding and I think a little overpriced for location.
First time visiting this restaurant and really wasn’t sure what to expect. The food was amazing, we had no complaints what so ever between a big group of not the easiest straightforward people! Everything was so fresh tasty and cooked to perfection. The team in the restaurant handled our party of 14 very well and professionally. I don’t think it’s too badly priced for the food (I had 3 courses for under £25) Would recommend and return! Thank you!
The most disgraceful place I’ve ever been in my life the manger was shouting at his own employees , the food was not up to standard and you could even tell his employees just started as she looking scared and didn’t know what to do , I feel sorry for her and this place was not up to my standards . I saw a rat running across the floor and the food tasted like poo and sugar with a little bit of salt on it
Enjoyed a nice meal here. Garlic bread starter is superb. Mrs had tortellini which she thoroughly enjoyed. I had meat skewers nothing special and a bit pricy should have had spag bol in hindsight Ambience is good and service very good also will be returning as one of best restaurants in our area tbh
