This has been on my radar for a while and we finally made it here. We had an early dinner here on a Sunday and it wasn't too crowded. The restaurant doesn't seat very many people, there are probably 10-15 tables here and it is next to a great Asian/Korean market. The servers were very attentive and seated us quickly and also checked on us several times while we were eating. It kind if reminded me of some of the restaurants in Seoul. We got some mandu dumplings and egg rolls for the kids which disappeared quickly once they cooled down and the kids confirmed they were delicious. My wife and I shared the fried tofu which was very good, it had a lot of flavor and a savory sauce. For the kids we had them share the donkatsu pork cutlet which we sampled and it was perfectly cooked with a crispy, crunchy crust and a sweet and tangy sauce. My wife got the galbi tang which was filling and light loaded with unctuous short ribs and vegetables. I opted for the haemul soondobu jjigae which I've been missing since Gabose in Lauderhill. The soup was loaded with mussels, baby octopus and shrimp along with plenty of silky tofu and vegetables and a nice spicy kick. It was a hearty and comforting meal and I'll definitely be back to try the BBQ.
