I came to Gasthof Alt Sieseby from France to meet my sister currently living in Hamburg after the crazy CoVid waves. I wanted to have a slow peaced rythm in a place that reminded us of the farm where we both grew up in Mexico, and we did. We had a WONDERFUL dinner with laughter and stories. The service spoke English (which is lovely since I don't speak German), and their kindness and openness made me feel welcome in Germany. This is a place of peace where life is slow and real. Your mobile data might not work as fast as you want it to be, but for us that was a big plus. Real life is happening offline.
