we were on 14.2. at a dinner for two in the brewhouse grossauer to guest.The room was nicely decorated, the light dimmed, a beautiful festive frame. aperitiw before eating, then greet from the kitchen, appetizer, mains and dessert. in the past, the foods were really excellent and also the compilation was very good. This time, both the combinations, as well as the quality were somewhat below those of pastness. either the chef was sick or...? Both craftsmanship and creativity were not really convincing.
Das Ambiente entspricht einem alten Dorfbauernhaus mit liebevollen Details und richtig dicken Mauern. ein Menü – derzeit wilde Wochen –, mit dem man nicht rechnet – außer man kennt den Namen der Marke und weiß, dass dahinter ein Lagerfeuer steckt. Der Vorspeisenteller ein dichter - das Kleinhirn schmilzt auf der Rückseite und der Nachtisch lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es war uns eine Freude und wir werden sicherlich bald wiederkommen.
we were five (for the first time) with grosser, had reserved lunches. old village farm, ambiente ok, service very friendly and attentive. Leitn beer from the barrel and muscrat-pear to the aperitif, both very fine. wild- appetizer- variation, pumpkin cream soup, both very good. hirsch, reh, wild boar, all more than ok, with roseelmar heideboden in 2013. still mineral, apple juice, in total € 190.- fits.
