Mein Mann und ich sind regelmäßige Besucher dieses Hotels. Wir können wirklich nichts bemängeln. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel mit hochwertigen Betten und Möbeln. Das Badezimmer ist wunderschön und gut ausgestattet mit Pflegeprodukten und hochwertigen Handtüchern und Toilettenartikeln. Viel Stauraum und Ablagefläche. Das Restaurant ist modern und bewahrt einen österreichischen Charme. Das Essen ist 5 Sterne und sehr vielfältig. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Das Abendessen wird schon zum Frühstückszeiten angekündigt und Vorspeise und Dessert werden am Tisch serviert. Das Personal ist sehr professionell und effizient. Sie tragen jeden Tag unterschiedliche traditionelle Kleidung. Der Wellnessbereich wurde im Rahmen der neuen Pläne erneuert, ist aber auch auf dem neuesten Stand und einfach toll. Verschiedene Saunen, Dampfbad, beheiztes Außenbecken und entspannende Liegestühle mit Therapiemusik im Hintergrund. Das Empfangspersonal spricht gut Englisch und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die voll ausgestattete Bar mit wöchentlicher Musik ist großartig, um sich nach einem Skitag zu entspannen. Snacks werden kostenlos um 15.30 Uhr serviert. Erwähnenswert ist auch die Wee Jimmy's Bar Stüberl, ideal für einen Apres Ski Drink oder fünf! Jimmy ist eine brillante Persönlichkeit. Gehen Sie rein und sehen Sie ihm zu. Dort wird auch Essen serviert. Das Einzige, was diesmal fehlte, war die zweimal wöchentlich spielende Band, die seit Jahren nicht mehr dort spielt. Und es versteht sich von selbst, dass wir wiederkommen werden.
A group of us came here for New Year's dinner. It was hard to find a place in Soll and was our fault not to book well in advance. Had a drink in front of the hand in the bar where the service was good. The restaurant is large enough and traditional Austrian. Service was somehow mixed some good something ok. We had no dedicated staff at our table, so it was the one who asked us when we wanted something. Eating was okay. Traditional Austrian fair. There was mixed review of foods of not good too beautiful. The fish was again a very mixed bag. It was new years eve so maybe not a great time anyway. Price was fair, nothing too expensive.
We are currently staying in this hotel on a b&b basis, so tonight was our first opportunity to try their upmarket restaurant. We didn 't order any starters but yet, our main courses arrived within 5 mins of being ordered obviously already cooked, and reheated. Although we dined inside, the dining area was full of flies, landing on our food at their will. We complained about this, but the waitress simply said this is how it is . I think that just about sums up this restaurant.
We ate here a couple of times during our recent ski trip. Book a table as it can get busy. The restaurant has an extensive menu with a great variety of options including some non-Austrian choices which is a nice change from the general choices around. The food is presented very well, very tasty & portions sizes are plentiful. Good atmosphere & friendly staff make for a lovely enjoyable evening.
