George's Place Court House

Stayed local for the weekend and rather than drive down to Cape May again for breakfast before our early checkout I perused the internet for a local breakfast place. So very glad I did! The website touted a diverse menu that looked upscale with reasonable prices for breakfast. There is an option to eat outside in an area surrounded by privacy shrubbery that was appealing. The interior is modern, quaint and cozy yet a nostalgic feel. The service was great and the food was truly amazing! I highly recommend!

The food was amazing. Everything was so fresh and super tasting. This place uses high-quality products and makes the difference. I love the taste of olives served on the dishes. It's hard to find a good olive. Portions are very generous. I love you getting a salad and some French fries with the gyro. Only reset is the thermostat read 79?. Sitting in the heat is hard. But the food was worth it. Please get a better AC.

We landed this place after we spent a week in Sea Isle City. The food is excellent with fresh products and the latest catch. I had the Snapper my server knocked down. Hubby had short ribs to die for it. Service was excellent and our waiting on a weekday evening was 15-20 minutes. No wine, beer or alcohol. It is BYOB and you can meet the Acme, which is about 5 minutes away. Big loan cats accepted.

The tiramisu wafer was delish!!! Can't wait to eat. My husband had chicken strips and it came with a delicious Greek side salad and delicious frits. I had the Aleka and the French toast was also delicious.

Breakfast and lunch are 10/10. Fresh ingredients and tons of options for all. Great staff fast service. Beautiful outer surface, and wonderful decoration inside.
