Went there with my in-laws and had a great experience. The staff didn't speak much English and the menu was only in German, but we managed with Google translate and had a simple but delicious dinner with the sunset as a backdrop. Try the vegetables, they grow them in the same island (Reichenau, reachable by bridge) where the restaurant is located.
Georg's Fischerhütte is beatifully located at a very quite corner of Insel Reichenau with a beautiful view on the lake. The entire design is to remind you of a location somewhere mediterranian and sone realy well. The staff is nice and welcoming, the food was great and the sizes of the plates quite alright.
Wir haben diesen Ort während unseres Aufenthaltes in Konstanz zufällig gekogelt und suchen einen Ort zum 70. Geburtstag der Mutter und wir fanden dieses erstaunliche Restaurant! Sehr leckere, frische Fischgerichte und fantastische Atmosphäre. Gut empfohlen!
Lovely atmosphere...top service.. beautiful place.. fresh flowers and grapes are grown around the restaurant.. food was great in taste. I had a great experience and i will definitly visit the place again.
