We moved here at the end of January. Overall we are very happy with the apartment. The leasing office staff was very friendly and helpful during our movement in process. Even months after the move, the Leasing Office staff responds to my questions by email. When we were looking for apartments, we found this cheap and lower compared to others in the area. The apartment itself (Birch 1) is beautiful and spacious. The worktop of the kitchen (and the kitchen overall) is a little small, but we bought a small baker rack for extra work area and now its fine. The washing machine is also a little small, but its manageable. The apartment is located in a good safe area. It is a very walkable area Aldi grocery store right around the corner. Many restaurants too. The connection to the city is very good. The bus stop is 3 minutes walk. There is also a NJ Transit station 10 minutes walk away. We had some maintenance requests, but the Super comes and takes care of them within a few days. Edit: Creating a star for slow reaction from maintenance.
Liberty Terrace and her leasing office were wonderful during our move. One of her agents, Anna, showed my partner and me an apartment that we absolutely loved – which was rented before we could even make an application. Fortunately, Anna has found us an even better unit for a good price! Needless to say – Anna treated the situation amazingly. To move closer – Farah, the new leasing agent, helped us to plan our movement to ensure that it was as smooth as possible. She also solved a number of worries only a few days after our move and always communicated accordingly. My only reason for rating 4 stars, instead of 5, is due to the lack of communication from the maintenance team. About a month ago, I submitted several requests to fix some problems with our plumbing, and a handful of other things that should be done before getting involved, and I still got every update when these problems are solved.
I love this place. Leasing staff, Mrs. Farah and Super Mr. Rome are great people. They're always ready to help for everything. Happy staff that helps tenants all the time. Love loves this place. If there are any problems in the house, personnel and super try to fix within no time. I love services. A quiet place. My children are here too. Evryone is so friendly. When I moved here, my children made friends in 10 days. Great love for this place.
Honestly, I lived throughout NJ/NY for the last 6 years by far this place is the best quality of life for price you pay. From leasing to maintenance to the person who delivers pkgs to the doorstep, all are friendly and friendly. Spacious parking with tons of cameras, train station walking distance, but I think the bus is simple road. Aldi is just a few steps away when you run out of milk. Cosy pretty community.
