Brought my wife here for a birthday lunch and was blown away by the quality of service and the food on offer. Pickled apples are a game changer! Considering the attention to details in the dishes the prices are really reasonable. Reccomend if you're after a quiet and cosy country pub vibe but with food that is just that extra bit special.
Best food and service I have had in Sussex, and cheaper than the chains in Brighton. Way to go. Will be back.
The Ginger Fox is the third of the Gingerman establishments and in my opinion the best by far.
