De acuerdo completamente con @Alberto Jiménez Lapeña respecto al plato de Fettuccin Tartufo e uovo: le falta un poco de sal y faltaba queso. Isabel y Paloma me preguntaron muy amablemente por mi opinión y yo les apunté el detalle de la sal.
