They refused to participate in an exchange that said they had never heard the word that was previously corrected. This is not a chic wine shop, but they definitely sell some higher end bottles. ANY REPUTABLE Wine Shop or Reastaurant) both know this type, it causes, and will immediately replace the bottle. This place has no honor for its customer or product. Stay away... let the buyer watch!!
