This roomy comfortable Greene King pub with its attractive lighting has something for everyone. Besides an wide range of ales, gins and cocktails it offers an good range of tasty British grub....jackets, burgers, pies and classics....at affordable prices from noon to 9pm. Its very handy...for late afternoon/early evening meals. Staff are cordial and on the ball. Having several TV screens, snooker table and quiet nooks it seems to primarily cater for locals....pub habitues, families and gen X males. One drawback is its position on the outer edge of the very busy Parkway.
the renter has saved my daughter's birthday very kindly in the last minute when our venue left us down. the pub was as always nice clean and tidy and eating was fantastic. such a beautiful, welcoming, cozy pub with a beautiful team. I can't thank them enough tonight. we're coming back!
about 20 of us stopped our annual Christmas dinner. eating was not the normal standard we expect from this device. the service was very slow, and there were excessive noises from the bar where a televised football game was shown. I hope the dinge will come back normal.
The staff was absolutely amazing both Amelia and Matthew handled it really well, great atmosphere, great pub grub, and we had a really lovely time. Amelia was very helpful and made us feel at home. Had a fantastic morning will be coming again!
