Food is good but burgers are often poorly assembled, especially special ones. Double Trouble is probably the most poorly assembled, the most often. I guess they try and it just doesn't work. Fries have changed numerous times over the past year or so but they're good again. The real problem is that the delivery window is always grossly underestimated. I'll keep ordering, and to anyone else who does: your food won't be sent to you for about an hour, even if the window says 20-30 minutes. I'm really sorry for all the Dashers who waste time and lose money waiting at this place to pick up. Just go in person for the real experience. Delivery is unreliable.
It's gotten much better since it opened. I have been several times and they have amazing burgers now. They offer low carb lettuce cup now as they should. Everything I've had has been good thus far.
I ordered the Cobb salad and requested no egg. Not only did I receive a salad with egg, but instead of dressing I received a single container of ketchup so I couldn't even eat it
